Leadership Team

Pastor Powers has been the Senior Pastor of the Grace Baptist Church since June of 1975. He is a graduate of Midwestern Baptist College and has a degree in Pastoral Counseling from Andersonville Seminary. He and his wife Brenda have 3 married children, 9 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild

Pastor Rick has been on staff at GBC since September of 2000. He has been the Executive/Media Pastor since May of 2009 and before that he was Student Ministries Pastor. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Religion. He and his wife Leah have 3 children (Brody, Kylie & Eden) and 1 grandchild.

Pastor Glenn has been the Associate Pastor of the Grace Baptist Church since June of 1995. He is a graduate of Midwestern Baptist College with a Bachelors Of Religious Education. He and his wife Linda have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

Pastor Dave has been the Worship Pastor at GBC since June of 1990, full-time since February 1992.  He has attended Moody Bible Institute, Cedarville University, & Andersonville Seminary.  IT training from Cleveland State, Tri-C & Polaris. He and his wife Mary have 5 grown children and 21 grandchildren.

Pastor Bob is our newest hire, joining the staff at GBC in May, 2023.  As our Family Life Pastor Bob has a desire to see families grow together in the Lord.  He is a native to Northeast Ohio, loves the Cleveland Browns and playing music in his band. He and his wife, Chrissy, have 4 children (Liam, Layla,  Ledger, and Loralei) and would love to get to know you.

Pastor John holds the position as Students Pastor. He is a graduate of West Coast Baptist College with a Masters in Religious Education and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. He and his wife, Allison, have 2 kids (JoJo & Elias) and are excited to be a part of our team!

Laura and her husband Greg have been a part of the GBC family for years. They have worked with kids as an integral part of Sunday morning Kidz Zone, Awana and Summer Blast VBS. She brings the "fun" to the GBC staff!
